TETON XC SERIES PUMPS: SMART MAG MOTOR PROTECTION
If the pump is working under abnormal operating conditions (e.g when the impeller has stalled, when the inlet or outlet of the pump has been blocked due to clogging, or when the pump has run dry). The built in SmartMag motor protection along with the thermal overload switch will turn off the power to the pump until it has cooled down. Once it has cooled down, the pump will restart automatically. Despite their relatively small size, the pumps ensure a high throughput and water lift (‘see Specifications’). Thanks to the simple design, the pumps are easy to maintain.
